How do I promote a basic member to a group leader?
To change a member from basic to leader, an admin should:
- Click on a group’s row on the Home or Groups page to view the group details.
- Find the row of the group member you’d like to promote.
- Click ✧Basic and you will see it change to ✦ Leader.
Group leaders have the ability to:
- Edit the group name and photo.
- Promote and demote group members to Leader and Basic.
- Delete the group (for everyone).
