Messages not playing and/or showing on the Message Log via WebPTT
If your messages are not playing live and/or not showing the latest messages in the message playback log perform a hard refresh on the browser with the following steps:
- On Mac - Press and hold Command ⌘ + SHIFT + 'R' letter on keyboard
- On Windows - Press and hold CTRL + SHIFT + 'R' letter on keyboard
Note: If you're logged into the Mobile app make sure you leave the Group on that mobile device when using WebPTT
