If you have any issues, problems, or questions, you can send us a note in the app and contact support. To send feedback:
- Tap the icon on top left corner of the screen to open the menu. Tap “Feedback” to go to the contacts screen.
- Type in a brief, specific explanation of what happened. More details are useful.
- Once you’re done typing, click the airplane icon on the top right corner of your screen to send the message
Sending feedback also sends our team technical data about what the Orion app was doing at the time. The sooner you send in your feedback, the more helpful the feedback is to our team.
