To send feedback in the Orion app:
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner. In the ‘App section’, select Help & Feedback.
The email address listed in the form will default to the one associated with your profile, but it can be changed to another email if that’s preferable.
Type in a brief but detailed summary of the issue. These specifics are incredibly helpful for our team to troubleshoot.
Once you’re finished, click the ‘Send Feedback’ button to send the message.
Sending feedback also sends our team technical data about what the Orion app was doing at the time. Please submit your feedback as soon as the issue occurs, as the most recent submission data is helpful for our team to find a solution.
