Should I enable notifications?
iOS app users should make sure they have notifications turned on for the Orion app in order to receive incoming messages, whether the screen of your phone is on or off.

Please follow these steps to enable Orion notifications:

  • Go to settings and touch Notifications
  • Scroll down and touch Orion
  • Turn ON 'Allow Notifications'
  • Turn on all 3 alerts
  • Show Previews > change to 'Always'
  • Notification Grouping > change to 'By App'

What does the orange dot in the status bar mean?

The orange dot means that an application on your phone is using the microphone. When you are transmitting a message on Orion the orange dot will be displayed.
