How do I send feedback in the app?

If you have any issues, concerns, or questions, you can send us a note in the app to contact support.

To send feedback in the Orion app:

On iOS:
1. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
2. In the "App Section", select Help & Feedback"
3. Add a subject
4. Under "How can we help?" - type in a brief but detailed summary of the issue. These specifics are incredibly helpful for our team to troubleshoot.
5. Once finished select the "Paper Airplane" icon to send
On Android:
1. Click on your Profile on the upper left corner
2. Select "Send Feedback"
3. 3. Add a subject
4. Under "How can we help?" - type in a brief but detailed summary of the issue. These specifics are incredibly helpful for our team to troubleshoot.
5. Once finished select "Send Message"

Sending feedback also sends our team technical data about what the Orion app was doing at the time. Please submit your feedback as soon as the issue occurs, as the most recent submission data is helpful for our team to find a solution.
